If your order isn't right for you, you can request a

unworn, unused and returned in their original condition
and packaging.

Charge the LED system fully before use. Avoid fully
submerging the boots in water and keep the charging
connection dry. Clean the surface gently with a soft,
slightly damp cloth.
How do I find my size?
- VivaLED boots are available in sizes 4–15. Use the size guide to find the closest match for your usual shoe size.
- For the most accurate fit, measure your foot from heel to toe and compare the measurement with the FOOT LENGTH (CM) row in the chart.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
